© www.auctionscams.co.uk  Top 5 Auction Scammers April 18th April 2011 Ebay claim that when an auction has finished a seller is allowed to decide whether to send an item to the buyer. Rebecca Chadwick from the Ebay Office in Manila, Phillipines said “We cannot force the seller to send the item”. When asked what Ebay will do about the issue she said “It’s not our problem, it’s between you and the seller.” So according to Ebay, a sale on their site is no longer a binding contract. They will let you decide if you have made enough money first!!!! 1. justlooking0179 (Ebay) 2. amazemoon3 (Ebay) 3. paulholt020981 (Ebay) 4. kellypowerfull (Ebay) 5. rae2579 (Ebay)        Welcome to Auction Scams Auction Scams is a website and forum set up for everyone who uses online auctions and marketplaces.
